| Every once in a while we get a customer that returns their mattress during their trial period. Once the mattress is returned, it is inspected to ensure it is in good condition and we will sell it as a demo. While there is NO RETURNS on these demos,They are NOT sold as is for they will still carry the full 20 YEAR Factory Warranty. And we insure the mattress to be in "like new" condition upon delivery, or we will replace the part at NO charge to you. Demos are sold on a first come first serve basis, so please order by phone to ensure it is still available! Attention customers in California Demo's may or not be TB603 compliant depending upon thier original point of delivery, as California is the only state that has the TB603 requirement.
